​Made in Tasmania, Australia - Quality Handmade



​I am a working mum, with an active, cheeky, bright and ‘chirpy’ young boy, and a highly supportive husband. We live on 50 acres of native bushland, living “off-the-grid”, in a solar-powered, rainwater-fed, quaint little rammed-earth and timber house, adjacent to a river, in North-West Tasmania. We share our home with lots of native wildlife; and enjoy the quiet and simple lifestyle.



“Handmade by Karina Rose” is a small business, sprouting from my hobbies… and what I love to do in my ‘spare’ time. All items are handmade by me, not mass produced, of high quality and workmanship. I make gift items for babies, children and grown ups; including baby shoes, aprons, a variety of hand-knits, messenger bags, and boutique handbags. I also custom make just about anything!
